To everyone freaking out about the baby being a boy:
Ummm..we found that out in “Last Cigarette Ever”, when Ted says that Marshall’s last cigarette was the day his son was born. Obviously that son would be his first child aka obviously the baby Lily is pregnant with now is a boy….come on people.
